In order to improve the performance of engine, Mertop engineer team developed new 3 layers heating shield to reduce the temperature of downpipe, isolate heat from the engine and the turbine.
From the downpipe wall to outside, the heat shield is made by high quality heat resistant insulation cotton, high quality thickened wire mesh and heat shield for integrated thermal insulation. This three-layer structure can lock the thermal energy diffusion effectively.
